The cut
The viral cut, shot by shot, with all five spots played by dogs. In yours, the people you add take their spots and the dogs you keep play backup
Tap any dog on stage and add your photo. Swap one or all five; the dogs you don't swap stay on stage, and removing a dog keeps the original coach.
Tick the parody box and press make. It takes a few minutes; you can close the tab.
Get the 9:16 MP4 with the song, plus a silent copy for when an app mutes it.

AI gets a strong likeness, not a twin. Coaches and celebrities are fine as an obvious parody; no one under 18. Refund policy

Saturday's scores, Sunday's band. Swap in whoever lost and post it before the press conference.
Their head coach on lead vocals, their QB on sax. The comments write themselves.
Put your team's stars at the desk, singing the encore.
Take the lead mic yourself and keep the real coaches singing backup.
Or skip the famous faces: the whole chat at the desk.
NPR Music posts Charlie Wilson's Tiny Desk concert. He closes the set with “Outstanding”, the 1982 Gap Band hit.
TikTok edits use AI to swap coaches, players and friends into the last 19 seconds of that closer: band, big laugh, sax solo.
Your turn. Pick the spots, add the faces, keep the cut and the song.

Tiny Desk AI Generator puts selected faces into the Outstanding band performance. You assign a photo to lead vocals, sax, keys or either backing singer, and the model edits those roles through the clip. The service uses a preset performance rather than asking you to write a video prompt.
Either works. There are five roles: lead, sax, keys and two backing singers. Replacing one role costs the same per video as replacing five. The stage starts with five dogs; a dog left in place stays in the cast, while removing it keeps the original performer.
On a photo you uploaded, × restores that role’s default dog. On a dog, × removes the replacement so the original performer stays in the video. Tap the face to choose another photo. Review every role before pressing Make.
Yes. Drag an assigned photo onto another face slot. Dropping onto an empty role moves it; dropping onto a filled role swaps the assignments. On a computer, you can also drop an image file straight onto a role.
No. On a computer, open “Photos on your phone? Scan to upload” beneath the stage and scan its QR code with your phone. Selected photos are sent to that stage. Keep the phone upload page open if you want to send more; if the code expires, create a new one.
Current packs are 1 video $9.98, 3 videos $24.99, 10 videos $59.99. These are one-time purchases, not recurring plans. Credits do not expire. Choose the number of videos you want; using more faces in a single video does not increase its credit cost.
You can watch the examples and select your photos before checkout. Rendering a new video requires paid credits; there is no free render or generation trial. If a render fails, the credits used for it return automatically.
The current workflow uses Kuaishou Kling 4.0 in video-edit mode at 720p. It processes the reference clip and selected photos together; you do not need to create a separate prompt or edit every shot yourself.
No. A render usually takes about 7–10 minutes, though provider queues can make it longer. You can close the page and return using the same account to check progress or download the finished result.
The output is approximately 18 seconds long: a vertical 9:16 MP4 at 720p, without an added site watermark. It follows the band shot, lead close-up, sax section and final band shot of the reference performance.
The main download has the Outstanding reference soundtrack mixed in. A separate silent copy gives you another option if a social platform mutes that track: upload the silent file and, where permitted, select Outstanding from the platform’s own audio library.
No editing app or template download is required. The reference performance and generation instructions are already configured. Assign your photos, confirm the parody checkbox and start the render from this page.
Choose a well-lit, front-facing image with one clear adult face. Keep the eyes, nose and mouth unobstructed. A group photo, sunglasses, a strong beauty filter or a cartoon makes the replacement less reliable. Use a separate clear image for each role you want to change.
The service allows obvious parody involving adult public figures, including coaches, players and celebrities, as well as friends or yourself. Do not upload a private person who would not agree, depict anyone under 18, imply a genuine endorsement or use the result to sell something. The provider may refuse a request; a refused video returns its credits.
No. The replaced faces are AI edits of the Charlie Wilson Tiny Desk performance, not evidence that those coaches or players performed at NPR. A card labelled as a trend reference illustrates the format and is not a claim that the video was made on this website.
Use the result as a personal, non-commercial parody, make its AI-edited nature clear and follow the platform’s rules. Do not present it as a real appearance or an endorsement. We cannot license the source music to you, and a platform may mute or remove a post.
A failed render returns the credits spent on that video automatically. For a completed result with a clear technical fault, email support within 7 days with its link; we return the credits or refund that video. A refund of a completely unused pack is available within 14 days. Ordinary differences in AI likeness are not automatically a technical defect.
Uploaded photos are used for your requested video and sent to the AI provider for that processing. They are deleted from our own storage within 2 days. Completed videos have a separate retention rule and remain in your account until you request deletion. The privacy page also explains the stage information saved in your browser.
