A purchase on tinydeskaigenerator.org is a one-time credit pack, not a subscription. The right next step depends on whether a render failed, a pack is still unused or a completed video has a technical problem. A credit return restores your generation balance; a payment refund goes back to the original payment method.
A render fails, is refused or is cancelled
If generation fails, the model refuses it, or you cancel before it finishes, the credits spent on that video return to your account automatically. This does not by itself send money back to a card. You do not need to submit a request for the automatic credit return.
You have not used a purchased pack
If no credits from the pack have been used, email support within 14 days of purchase. An eligible unused-pack refund returns the full purchase price to the payment method originally used.
A completed video has a technical defect
Report a clearly broken result within 7 days and include its video link. Examples include the wrong face, a frozen or garbled shot, or missing audio in the version that should contain the song. We return the credits or refund that video. The intentionally silent download is a separate output, not an audio fault.
A recognizable but imperfect likeness is an expected AI limitation, not automatically a broken result. The generator aims for similarity and cannot promise an exact duplicate of the uploaded face.
What to include in your support email
Write to support@tinydeskaigenerator.org from your account email. State whether you need help with an unused pack or a completed video; include the purchase date and any order reference you have, plus the video link and a short description for a result problem. Card refunds normally appear within 5 to 10 business days. Contact us before opening a chargeback so we can investigate directly.
Tiny Desk AI Generator uses one-time packs only. There is no recurring plan to cancel, and unused credits do not expire.
