Privacy for your photos, account and videos

This policy covers Tiny Desk AI Generator at tinydeskaigenerator.org. When you place a face photo into one of the five band roles, the service needs to store that upload and send it for AI processing. The sections below explain that journey, the information attached to your account and how to request deletion.

Information used at each step

Signing in: your email identifies the account used to buy credits and retrieve videos. If Google sign-in is offered and you choose it, we also receive the name and profile image supplied through that sign-in.
Building the band: the face images you upload are stored so they can be assigned to lead, sax, keys or a backing-vocal role. They are used to produce your requested video, not for a separate purpose.
Keeping your result: we retain the completed output with your account so you can return to watch and download it.
Buying a credit pack: Stripe processes the payment. Our records include the purchase, its amount and the associated email. We do not receive your complete card number.
Operating the website: the hosting service processes IP addresses, browser details and request logs. Referral links and campaign tags help us understand which links brought visitors to the generator.

Where information goes

Cloudflare runs the website, stores uploaded files and outputs, and delivers sign-in emails.
Stripe handles checkout and payment processing; payment details entered there are processed by Stripe.
Google participates in authentication only if Google sign-in is available and you select it.
Our AI video provider receives the reference photos needed to render the requested face replacements. The upload retention period below describes our own storage, not a separate retention promise on the provider’s behalf.

We do not sell your information or use advertising cookies. Sending photos to the video provider is part of fulfilling the generation request.

Upload deletion and account retention

Uploaded face photos are removed from our storage within 2 days. This is separate from the storage of a completed video.
Completed videos remain available through your account until you ask us to delete them.
Account information is retained while the account exists. Payment records are retained for the period required by applicable tax law.

Cookies and the band saved in your browser

First-party cookies keep you signed in and remember the referring link for 60 days. The generator also uses browser session storage for selected photo references, stage selections and the parody checkbox so a reload or checkout return can restore the band. Phone-upload handoff details are held for the session, and your preferred upload method can be remembered in local storage. These browser functions are separate from deleting uploaded files on our servers. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Request a copy, deletion or account closure

Contact the support address at the end of this page to request a copy of your information, removal of saved videos or closure of your account. Identify the account email and, for a particular video, include its link so we can find it. We respond within 30 days. Tiny Desk AI Generator is for adults: users and people in uploaded photos must be at least 18.
