Copyright notices and likeness removal
Last updated October 30, 2026
This page is the reporting route for content on Tiny Desk AI Generator, including a displayed sample or a generated-video link. If your copyrighted work is used without permission, send a copyright notice. If a video depicts you without your agreement, use the simpler likeness-removal route below.
Send a copyright takedown notice
Email support@tinydeskaigenerator.org with “DMCA” in the subject. To help us locate the material and assess the notice, include:
- The copyrighted work you own or represent, and the specific page or video URL on Tiny Desk AI Generator that you want removed; identify the material precisely enough for us to locate it.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement of your good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you own the relevant right or are authorised to act for its owner.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
We act on complete notices within 2 business days and notify the account holder. A direct link is important: a description of the meme alone may not identify the particular file or page.
Ask us to remove a video that depicts you
If you appear in a video made on this service without your agreement, email support with the video link and explain that it depicts you. You do not need to prepare a formal copyright notice for this request; we remove the video.
If you believe a copyright removal was a mistake
Reply to the removal notice with a counter-notice identifying the removed material and its former location, your physical or electronic signature, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification. Include your name, address and telephone number, the applicable federal-court jurisdiction consent and agreement to accept service of process required by Section 512. We forward the counter-notice, including its contact information, to the original notice sender. The official guidance linked below explains the required jurisdiction statement for people inside and outside the United States.

Repeated rights violations
Accounts that repeatedly upload material they do not have the right to use are closed. Describing an edit as parody does not stop a rights holder or a depicted person from using the reporting routes on this page.
